Our central heating and hot water packed up after a cold snap during the winter. Unlike other tradespeople I contacted, Terry was responsive and actually rationalised and diagnosed the probable problem almost immediately as I outlined the circumstances - which inspired confidence. We made a booking for a couple of days later and Terry duly turned up, confirmed the problem and actually had the part available to fit. He was friendly and was happy to take time out to explain things and advise on central heating more generally. He is very knowledgable and has great customer service skills.
