I had bought a Tado thermostat and installed it - it wasn’t working and I had been in a lot of contact with their support desk but was getting nowhere. I Googled to find an engineer and found Terry, phoned him up. He explained he had lots of bookings and couldn’t do an appointment for a little while but out of kindness he asked me what the issue was and in 5 minutes had solved the problem. I’m so thankful and would certainly recommend him highly.
