This is the first time I have used Terry as my boiler packed up early this week .I saw his van locally and rang him to which he answered immediatly and after a short discussion he said he would pop round later that afternoon and have a look. When arriving he certainly knew his onions diagnosing the issue very quickly and said he would ring me with a price including fitting and ordering a new part the next day to which he did. He followed this up the next day arriving and fitting the new part to my boiler between other jobs in his daily shedule . I can honestly say I'm glad I contacted Terry as I found him to be very polite , knowledgeable and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will be using him in the future for all my plumbing needs including servicing my boiler. Many thanks Terry
