I chose Terry a while ago as he does work for the local school and this gives me the peace of mind that he is a very good and safe engineer. Terry visited the property as soon as possible as a tenant with a non-working boiler is always a priority and has the potential to develop into a headache. Terry inspected the appliance and whilst there was no obvious cause we believe we identified the issue based on the symptoms explained by the tenant. Work done to remedy this and hopefully will be no further issues. I can't thank Terry enough for his promptness and work and it's great to be able to pay online instead of having to get cash out or send a cheque.
