My boiler let me down and I left messages on numerous heating engineers answer phones. Terry Burgin Plumbing was the first to call me back and I am so pleased he did. By the end of the day I had a temporary repair and a couple of permanent repair options to consider. A couple of days later I called after the boiler was playing up again and asked if I could have the replacement part fitted. This was done the very next day after I was fitted in at short notice, making a longer work day for him but a nice warm home for me. I have now saved his number to my phone and will never use another plumber. Reliable service, fairly priced and honest advice.
