Terry from expert trade was on time as we discussed on the phone. With a time slot of 12 -3pm. He was at ours just some minutes past 12. He was able to explain what the problem was, before going to get the necessary parts. He finished the Job in less than an hour with excellent customer service and the assurance if we needed to ring him back. Overall pleased with service, competence of his knowledge and the overall service satisfaction.
