I rang late at night and left a message. Terry got back to me within 20 minutes and talked my hubby into trying to fix the problem short term. This didn't work so he said he would come first thing in the morning. This was during the freeze and I had a 3 month old so this was music to my ears!!! He arrived and got it going but it needed a part. Terry text and rang and was prompt worked quickly and tidily and showed me everything he was doing. Fabulous and stress free service. I can't recommend him enough.
