Terry called on the Tuesday at short notice to look at the job , a leaking cistern and troublesome handle that my husband had tried to change ! He didn't have the parts on his van but arranged to call again on Thursday to sort everything out. He arrived on time , took off his shoes on entering the house with dust sheets and tools and proceeded to sort everything out in one go with state of the art cistern bits ! I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry.
