We are new customers of Terry - we needed advice about hot water flow to shower and a much-overdue service to our Baxi boiler. This was Christmas week and he was very busy but kept us informed about when he would arrive. He explained clearly about the hot water flow ( it was quite normal but showed us how to adjust it), gave the boiler a service, and advised that a couple little things could wait till next time i.e. No pressure to have unnecessary repairs. Terry is a keeper and we look forward to an ongoing relationship!
